Every Comanity creator and member is an Advocate — and these are the rights we guarantee, in writing, for every Advocate on the platform.
1 Personal Agency is a God-Given Right
Agency is an unalienable right granted by our Creator. It is self-evident that we each have the right to act for ourselves and not be acted upon. Unified action in Comanity preserves and protects that agency and the rights that follow.
2 Right to Autonomous Identity
Every member has the right to establish and control their individual identity in all communications and commerce within Comanity. All activity is identity-secured — anonymity is not possible — but your privacy is absolute.
3 Right to Privacy in Freedom of Expression
Every member has the unalienable right to communicate freely with individuals, groups, and communities of their own choosing. All communications are strictly private. No one — including Comanity administration — will ever have access to the content of your communications or transactions.
4 Right to Data Sovereignty
Each member holds the sole and exclusive right to use their personal data for private or commercial purposes within Comanity, and to share or revoke access at their sole discretion. No individual or entity may access your data without your explicit authorization.
5 Right to Wealth Protection
Members have the right to transfer fiat currency or crypto into Comanity to purchase qualifying assets for hypothecation into gold/silver-backed tokens, redeemable for goods and services in the Comanity marketplace, Bartertown.
6 Right to Privacy in Commerce
Every member has the right to security, privacy, authenticity, and confidence in all buy/sell/barter transactions. No party inside or outside Bartertown shall know the nature of any transaction between members. All wallet activity is reported in real time to your account.
7 Right to Truthful Information
Members have the right to broadcast and receive truthful information from verified, reliable sources — without bias, propaganda, misinformation, or disinformation.
8 Right to Demand Integrity
By majority Governance, members have the right to demand that all Comanity policies, guidelines, products, and services meet the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and integrity — strictly enforced.
